Executive Assistant to the Chief Finance Officer
Full time, 3 days/week on-site
London, Kings Place
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support C Suite Director based in Rolls-Royce offices at Kings Place, London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a well-organised and passionate individual to apply your administration experience in an extremely high-profile role, supporting a senior C-suite executive of a top and FTSE 100 company.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. What you will be doing
In this role, you will:

Manage the diary for C Suite Director, including arranging meetings, anticipating requirements, and preparing, checking and circulating materials in advance if necessary

Manage the inbox, and mail on behalf of the C Suite Director, using judgement to prioritise or redirect accordingly

Be the first point of contact for enquiries on behalf of the C Suite Director, screening calls and responding to queries directly

Build and maintain effective working relationships with the C Suite Director’s key contacts, such as customers, suppliers, government or regulatory bodies, along with senior leaders and their teams across the organisation

Produce professional documentation, create presentations and prepare reports and minutes to the required deadlines in support of the C Suite Director

Organise and project-manage delivery of complex global events for the C Suite Director such as off-site conferences, including the relevant administrative, logistical and hospitality arrangements

Have significant previous experience in a senior PA/EA role in a similar fast-paced FTSE 100 environment, having provided C-suite and board level support

Have excellent planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work

Are able to predict needs, prioritise and exercise judgement and discretion, suggesting appropriate options when obstacles appear, and acting autonomously

Are able to gather information from a variety of sources, both internally and externally and process and evaluate data accordingly with little guidance

Take every opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge and ensure that you really understand our business

Contribute to continuous process improvement activities, by identifying areas for process and system improvement, and creating and updating administration operating procedures

Have an advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications
